Good Morning,

It’s beautiful here in northwest New Jersey. The weather has been beautiful for the last couple of weekends for our brides, and I’m so happy for them. The last wedding we serviced was the wedding of Ashley Hildebrandt and Rich VanHaste. They were married on June 27th, and are probably honeymooning as they did not leave right after their wedding. Their service was at the historic Yellow Frame Church, and then we were off to another historic site for the reception. Check out this site www.skytop.com. It’s located 20 minutes from Stroudsburg, PA, and is even more mouth-dropping than it’s pictures. Future brides…it worth a look!

I enjoy ever minute of being with my brides on the day of their weddings, and form close ties to all of them when we do this service. We get to know their families, and wedding parties so much more intimately. I have great memories of all of them, and great stories to tell. I hope that I can capture each brides highlights as we attend to them, and then go back to some of the former brides days too.

Ibranyi Floral (www.ibranyi.com) did a Super job on the church, Rob Yaskovic of www.yaskovic.com did amazing pictures all day for them.Rob had his new camera the day of…he was like a kid on Christmas morning. You can check out their talents on their sites. I recommend them highly as they will surpass all of your expectations.

Ashley had all of her bridesmaids in Impressions bridesmaids dresses, letting them each choose a style they felt they looked great in.(and they did) She had a total of 11 BM all of which were related to her.(a BIG family!) Her flowergirls wore Tip Top dresses , and we made matching sashes for all 3 girls.

Ashley wore an Impression Bridal dress, and was thrilled with her choice, and looked sensational.

The highlight of my day was seeing Ashley and her Maid of honor Marissa in her mom’s car (a hot red BMW) going to her grandparent’s farm for pictures. It’s that kind of spontaneity, that I love. It is all about the fun, the day of your wedding.

Let’s not forget the groom…he wore a Calvin Klein Crystal tuxedo…and looked dapper!

I’m looking forward to our next wedding this weekend, Katelynn Giarrantana and Jermey Schneider.

Hello world!

I’m new to this so tolerate me! I am the owner of a bridal store in north west New Jersey. I’m a seamstress for over 30 year, and feel passionately about the right fit for all of our customers. Somehow in the bridal industry,it is all about the sale of the dress to the store, and sometimes all about the price to brides. Most of the time there is a need of some kind of alteration for brides and bridal party. That leaves the alteration the “Suprise” element after the dress arrives. And I hate that!!! We are very honest with our clients about all the costs involved with their purchases. So if you have anything to share with us about your experiences or questions about this, write me. I’d love to be of help. Have a great day!
